ZEN MEDITATION REDUCE PAIN PERCEPTION.

A study done by Pierre Rainville Ph.D of  Montreal University had shown neuroplasticity in the area of the cerebral cortex of the meditator Zen practitioner reducing the sensitivity  to pain.
