Thus, the participant will be entitled to a very soft session with respect of the physical and psychological balance of each one. It incorporates explanations about how the body works and allows for deeper listening and self-reflection. The traditional postures of yoga are adapted to allow the participant to bring back the balance and find ease and satisfaction in the movement. Restorative yoga is an essential element for an overall health and well-being.

For whom: anyone with physical or psychological limitations or simply to help with stress management, to overcome insomnia and promote quality sleep, to relieve musculoskeletal discomfort (back pain, injuries, etc.), improve circulation and digestion, etc.
