Audrey is a caring and attentive osteopath. Her approach is at once structural, visceral and cranial. Her passion for the human body and movement led her to begin her studies in physiotherapy at McGill University in 2003. Earlier, she trained in classical dance at the Grands Ballets Canadiens dance school (École Supérieure de Danse du Québec). She has also completed a yoga teaching program and has been teaching since 2012 to a varied clientele as a member of the International Yoga Federation. Her scientific rigor and curiosity make her a meticulous osteopath, on the lookout for the latest breakthroughs in the field. Her clientele is family oriented, but she is particularly interested in athletes, babies/children and women’s health. Her many work experiences abroad (Africa, South America and Oceania) have allowed her to develop a vision of openness and sensitivity that she applies in her practice.
